How long does delivery take?

The answer is: it depends. Most of our packages with free shipping are sent with ePacket, which normally takes 5 to 21 days to arrive. ePacket is accepted in more than 35 countries*, including most major ones. Sometimes, it even takes as little as 3-4 days to arrive, while sometimes it can take up to one month. It’s always in the hand of logistics, but shipping times from China have constantly been improving. For other countries, we always send by China Airmail, which usually takes 4-5 weeks to arrive. The second option, which costs 24.95$, is sent by EMS. EMS ships much faster, always around 1-2 weeks and sometimes even 2-3 days. The third option, which costs 47.95$, is DHL. DHL is the fastest way to ship, as it takes 2-3 days to arrive almost anywhere in the world.

Finally, we send some orders by Canada Post, which takes 2-3 weeks with the normal service to most of the world.

We always make the following promise to our clients: All your jerseys will arrive within 40 days of the purchase by ePacket (usually 2-3 weeks), within 60 by China Post (Usually 4-5 weeks). If one of them doesn’t, we will send you a full refund.

What size should I order?

Most of our jerseys are a tighter fit, which means you should order one size up. When this is the case, you’ll always see for example “Size S (XS Fit)” when you’re choosing the size of your jersey. Moreover, we always have a sizing guide in the jersey’s description, where you can see the exact measures.

What logistics companies do you use?

For our orders which ship from China, ePacket is our favorite shipment mode. We ship by ePacket to every country which has it (you can see them in the first question). If ePacket isn’t available, we will then ship by China Post Airmail most of the time. We also have EMS and DHL as more expensive, but much faster, shipping options.

What happens if I order the wrong size or shipping address?

We always allow 24 hours after any purchase to change your size or shipping address.

I have received a package with half my order, what happened?

Sometimes, we send packages from different locations, depending on the availability of our stock. However, when this is the case, you’ll always receive more than one tracking number.

Are you able to offer quantity discounts (i.e. Wholesale)?

What is your refund policy?

If there’s any problem at all with your jersey, and you are unsatisfied of it, we accept returns up to 14 days after the reception of your package. These are our terms for the returns:

  • Have fabrication defects, or has other unpardonable problems, we offer you a refund or replacement upon a proof with a picture.
  • We accept returns for intact jerseys that still have their tags on. If you have removed the tags and used the jersey we won’t accept your return.
  • You have to pay the fees for the return shipping.

I’ve received my jerseys and I’d like to exchange one or some of them, can I?

If the jersey is new and still has its tags, yes. However, you have to cover shipping on your end.

Are these shirts the originals?

Most of the jerseys are replicas of the highest quality, made with the best materials. We work only with the best suppliers, which ensures consistency of quality for all the shirts we ship out. However, many of them are also originals. We always write in the jersey’s description if they are originals or replicas.

Can I track my package?

You can always track your package. No exceptions. You can in fact track it right here:
